South Kirkwood Tenant Build-Out
S Kirkwood Build-out, Houston, TX | Tenant Improvement
Lead Architect the build-out of four tenant spaces in the client owned building on S Kirkwood. One suite was laid out as an art studio for the client’s use. Two suites were built-out as “white boxes” for office tenants, and the last suite was designed as an event space anchoring the end of the building. Each suite was between 1,000 and 2,000 SF.

Renovation for Tire Storage
Tire Storage Renovation, Harris County, TX | Renovation
Lead Architect for this renovation to an existing 12,000 SF pre-engineered metal building to upgrade its office areas and design usage for tire storage which included the addition of a fire wall and permitting of previously un-permitted work on the building with Harris County.

METRO Traffic Signal Lab
Traffic Signal Lab, Houston, TX | Renovation
Lead Architect for this interior redesign of a 1930s building in Houston’s downtown warehouse district for the Harris County Metropolitan Transit Authority. The renovation comprised two parts: combining two spaces to make a larger, more functional Traffic Signal Lab and enclosing an existing exit stair to increase security and separation from other tenants. The Traffic Signal Lab required increased structural and MEP coordination for the specialty needs of testing traffic signal equipment.

Warehouse Interior Renovation
Warehouse Renovation, Houston, TX | Tenant Improvement
Lead Architect for the renovation of an existing warehouse purchased by the client. The warehouse required renovation to include retail spaces for customers, office space, and improved warehouse access. Code analysis was done for high-pile storage in the warehouse spaces.

Contractor Office Renovation
T&T Construction Office, Pasadena, TX | Exterior and Interior Renovation
Lead Architect for this project for the renovation of the exterior of T&T Construction’s main office. The building was modernized by covering the sandblasted concrete exterior with different textures and colors of metal siding. The interior was reconfigured to better serve the needs of the company as it has grown, upgrading the size of bathrooms and conference space and moving to an open concept floor plan for office space.
